Process of creating your custom jewelry

At Zacci , each custom piece of jewelry is designed with care and precision. Here are the steps in the manufacturing process:

1) Confirmation of details
Once your order is validated, our team will contact you within 48 working hours to collect any customizations, ideas and designs you would like.

2) Creation of the 3D design
After validation of the details, a 3D design of your jewelry will be sent to you within 4 working days .

3) Custom design
Once the 3D design has been validated, we begin designing your jewelry, which will take between 12 and 20 working days depending on the complexity of the model.

4) Finalization and shipping
Once the jewelry is finished, we will send you photos and videos of your piece before arranging a secure delivery to your address.

Please note, we cannot accept returns as each piece is made to order. Once the products are put into production, there will be NO cancellations .
