Process of creating your custom jewelry

At Zacci , each custom piece of jewelry is designed with care and precision. Here are the steps in the manufacturing process:

1) Confirmation of details
Once your order is validated, our team will contact you within 48 working hours to collect any customizations, ideas and designs you would like.

2) Creation of the 3D design
After validation of the details, a 3D design of your jewelry will be sent to you within 4 working days .

3) Custom design
Once the 3D design has been validated, we begin designing your jewelry, which will take between 12 and 20 working days depending on the complexity of the model.

4) Finalization and shipping
Once the jewelry is finished, we will send you photos and videos of your piece before arranging a secure delivery to your address.

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you directly to discuss your project and gather all the details of your custom design . You will then be able to send us your ideas, sketches or references so that we can bring your jewelry to life according to your requirements.

To preserve the shine and quality of your jewelry, it is essential to take certain precautions:

Avoid Water: Frequent exposure to water, whether tap water, sea water or pool water, can tarnish precious metals and alter stones. Salt and chlorinated water, in particular, are corrosive and can damage your jewelry.

Avoid Perfume: Perfumes and other chemicals, such as lotions or hair sprays, contain substances that can degrade the surface of jewelry, tarnish metals, and dull the luster of gemstones.

Avoid sweating: Sweat contains natural salts and acids that can affect jewelry, especially if worn during intense physical activity or in hot weather. These substances can accelerate the oxidation of metals and make the jewelry appear dull.

Extra tip: Remember to store your jewelry in a soft box or pouch after each use to protect it from scratches, dust and moisture.

Please note, we cannot accept returns as each piece is made to order. Once the products are put into production, there will be NO cancellations .
